I hadn't thought of the Democratic Party this way, but one commenter to Bill Whittle's message to the rich summed it up this way:
It was with good reason that one of the Ten Commandments explicitly forbids envy. It is a poisonous emotion. We are now ruled by a political party based on envy.I couldn't have said it better.
